Q; What do you see as the main reason for the growing interest in automation?
"More and more people are realizing the power of automation, and seeing the value. You have many systems that you don't get the full effect of. Maturity, interest and knowledge about automation is increasing in many organizations - even at management level. Now automation is also on the agenda at management level, which means that time and money are being set aside to work on different aspects of automation."
Q; Which industry do you see moving the most in terms of automation?
"The public sector, such as large municipalities. Here you have lots of different systems, and many different users with widely differing levels of IT knowledge and experience. The challenge is to create an easy and good interface for all different types of users working with both old and new systems. And we are seeing the growth of automation in service professions where you have to streamline all the way out to the users. The right information at the right time. We are often behind here, but now the willingness to invest is increasing."
Q; What is Onify's main advantage over other portals/tools for automation?
"Onify has a more powerful search function than other providers on the market. And the starting point for users is more intuitive and flexible, more Google-like."
