Onify's four innovative components

Onify's platform has four components that provide a unique combination of features and innovative, cutting-edge technology; system integrations, search & index engine, process engine, and a modern interface.

System integrations

Onify's platform integrates effectively with underlying internal and external systems to access data/information. It primarily uses open APIs for integration, but also other technologies such as script, Al, and RPA.

Search & Index engine

Onify makes use of a powerful search engine based on ElasticSearch to enable quick searching, sorting and filtering of data/information (also called objects). Objects can be employees, projects, iPads, customers, invoices (etc.).

Process engine

With Onify , processes are modeled in a modern and standardized tool for process modeling, based on BPMN 2.0. Easy for the business to understand and use, and directly powerful code in Onify. It creates possible automation of manual work steps.

Modern interface

Onify's role-specific interfaces should be as easy and intuitive to use as Google. From a single interface in Onify , users can access information from underlying systems without having to access them directly.

Flexible installation

Onify is installed 'on-prem', i.e. locally, in many of our customers' IT infrastructures. Alternatively, Onify works equally well as a cloud solution.
