Stena Fastigheter has streamlined internal and external invoicing with Onify's platform. It integrates four different IT systems, two of which are Agresso(ERP) and Blue Prism(RPA). Several manual steps have been eliminated and information is retrieved automatically, and certification is electronic and traceable. Fewer iterations are needed in the organization, and error management is now minimized.
Onify also enables quick and easy search of information in underlying systems that was previously difficult to manage with 200+ companies and 650+ cost centers.
And the journey continues together - Stena sees great potential in the future to streamline more processes in finance and other operations with the help of Onify's platform.
