Abou (from Sokigo) is an e-services platform that is widely used by Swedish municipalities, contributing to their digitalization process. The platform provides basic digital services, which is an important step in strengthening the technological infrastructure of the Swedish public sector. Abou gives municipalities a solid foundation to work from, and in this environment Onify comes in as a valuable partner to expand and improve these digital services.
At Onify we have developed another new Blueprint for Abou that streamlines case management. This Blueprint enables Onify to easily retrieve a complete list of all cases for an individual, directly linked to a specific service. This allows for a simplified overview of case information, facilitating work processes and improving service levels.
