The University of Helsinki has been a valued customer and partner of Onify for several years! Onify's platform is a self-service portal for the entire University of Helsinki and is currently used by more than 30,000 students and 8,000 employees. In a simple and unified interface, orders for products, services and permissions are made - integrated all the way to Dustin as a supplier. And management of assets in the entire life cycle can be done for example for computers, licenses, users and rooms.
Together with our partner Zitac, we recently visited the University of Helsinki to listen to feedback, as well as to inspire and educate about new features in the platform.
Discussions are also being held on the further potential of Onify's platform - there are several areas of activity at the University of Helsinki where different systems and scattered data need to be orchestrated with processes and users. Areas where Onify's platform can contribute to smarter working methods and great efficiency.
