Most organizations today have Microsoft as a platform, for example with Microsoft 365. And for automation and streamlining, Power Automate is part of Microsoft's services. We see that Power Automate is a good start for automation within Microsoft's ecosystem and, with its built-in support for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), can solve relatively simple tasks for automation - for example, manage leave applications with certification, or in Microsoft Teams notify when a new customer is registered in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

But to digitally support more advanced processes with multiple steps, different roles that should interact in the process, several types of systems that are integrated, we need to complement Power Automate. For example, for on-boarding a new employee, compiling complete invoices, and managing IT assets throughout their life cycle.

Onify's platform is designed to support advanced processes with BPMN support, effectively orchestrating many systems. And Onify also enables users to search and manage information through its simple and intuitive interface. In this way, Onify effectively complements other automation tools such as Power Automate.
