We are happy to introduce our new customer and MSP partner, Apila Manage from Finland. Apila specializes in centralized IT equipment management and lifecycle management. With their smart tool, Apila Hub, companies can streamline the management of devices and users, providing a clear overview and control of all devices.

Why did Apila choose Onify?

With extensive experience in endpoint management and lifecycle management, Apila's team realized that there was a lack of a solution that covers the entire process of end-user devices - from ordering and configuration to leasing, management, support and asset management. They were looking for a solution that could automate and orchestrate all the required steps in a single process with selected SaaS applications.

After evaluating various options, Apila realized that they needed a platform that supports industry standards such as BPMN 2.0, which allows them to effectively communicate with business customers and integrate data from different SaaS applications into a common process. Apila also had the advantage of having a full-stack developer on their team, which allowed them to develop REST API interfaces to customize systems to their specific needs. This allowed them to model and manage all the end user computing processes that their customers require.

"We wanted a stable and proven platform with reliable support, and we found that in Onify," says Timo Hämäläinen, CEO of Apila Mange. After discussions with the University of Helsinki, which is also Timo's previous customer in endpoint management and service desk, the choice of Onify became an obvious decision.
