TOPdesk is a case management system that has been on the market since 1993 and currently has around 10 million active SAAS users worldwide. TOPdesk is also considered a system for IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Service Management (ESM).

Several of our customers currently use TOPdesk for case management and Onify complements both in terms of advanced forms and Onify can orchestrate processes where TOPdesk is included.

Using this Blueprint , we can index cases from TOPdesk and thus create simple interfaces for all users in the organization to view and manage cases.
