Here, residents' services and cases will be visible and communication can take place directly with administrators and other employees of the municipality. It should be a digital space for all types of contact.

On the inside, the vision is to build a collaborative space where we can follow all our residents' cases. We can also see cases that are active in other departments. The internal collaboration portal pulls data from existing business systems and makes it available cross-functionally.
