The customer portal creates a simple interface on top of a large amount of data and logic from several different systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, Microsoft 365, Ingram Micro CloudBlue, and Fortnox. Integration also takes place directly with Dustin as a hardware supplier to streamline the entire order flow.
